How do I manage my email alert preferences?

To change the email address your alerts are sent to, go to Settings > Change Default Email (see Article 15).
Core users: to control email alerts for a specific Saved Search, hover over the saved search tile, click edit, and toggle the "Get emails when new listings appear in this search" checkbox.
If your alert emails are going to spam, mark them as safe/not spam and add Bid Ocean to your contacts. See Article 17 for more troubleshooting steps.
