How do I reset or change my password?

To reset a forgotten password:

1. Go to portal.bidocean.com.
2. Click "Forgot Account?" on the sign-in screen.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
5. Click the link and follow the steps to set a new password.
6. Click your profile icon or initials in the top right corner.
7. Select Settings.
8. Choose Change Password and follow the prompts.
