When your account is created, you'll receive a welcome email from the Hubexo Customer Success team with a temporary password that expires in 48 hours.
When your account is created, you'll receive a welcome email from the Hubexo Customer Success team with a temporary password that expires in 48 hours.
What's in your welcome email:- Your email address (this is also your username)
- Your temporary password
- A link to access Bid Ocean: portal.bidocean.com
- Open the welcome email and click the link, or go directly to portal.bidocean.com.
- Enter your email address and the temporary password from the welcome email.
- You'll be prompted to reset your password. Create a new, permanent password.
- After resetting your password, you'll be signed in. Lite users land on My Alerts. Core users land on the Dashboard.
Note: If you also use ConstructionWire and sign up for Bid Ocean with the same email address, your ConstructionWire password will be updated to the Bid Ocean temporary password as part of this flow. You'll set a new shared password when you complete the first-time sign-in steps above.
For ongoing sign-ins, go to portal.bidocean.com and enter your email and password.
