How do I use the Project Tracker?
The Project Tracker is a Kanban-style board that helps you manage your active bid pipeline.
Projects move through four columns:
|
Status |
What it means |
|
Interested |
You've flagged this project as one to watch |
|
Quoted |
You've submitted or are preparing a bid |
|
Won |
You won the contract |
|
Lost |
You did not win this one |
How to add a project to the Tracker
You can mark a project from anywhere in the tool -- search results, My Alerts, the Dashboard, or a Project Detail page. Look for the action buttons on each project card:
- Interested - adds the project to the Interested column
- Quoted - moves it to Quoted
- Won - moves it to Won
- Lost - moves it to Lost
- Hide - removes the project from your view without adding it to the Tracker
Moving projects between statuses
From any project card, click the appropriate status button, or drag and drop cards between columns directly on the Project Tracker board.
Follow-up reminders
Projects in your Interested or Quoted columns that were added more than two weeks ago are surfaced in the Time to Follow Up widget on your Dashboard. These are nudges to check in and take action, useful for keeping your pipeline moving without a separate task management tool.
How tracker activity improves your recommendations
The statuses you assign in the Project Tracker feed directly into the Suggested Bids section on your Dashboard. The more you interact with projects, marking them Interested, Quoted, Won, or Lost, the more tailored your recommended projects become. It also means you can search within your tracked projects if you want to find something you've previously engaged with.
